Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using Kudoly ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Kudoly lets you award and collect "medals" recognizing activities and accomplishments, and — if you choose — share medals you award with specific people you invite. Your content is stored in your own private iCloud account.
You are responsible for the content you create — including the names, notes, and activities you enter and the medals you award or share. You agree that you will not use Kudoly to create, award, or share content that is:
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. If you receive content in Kudoly that you believe violates these Terms, you can:
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and will respond within 24 hours of a report. Because your data is stored in your own private iCloud account rather than on our servers, the fastest and most complete remedy is the in-app Block This Sender control, which removes that sender's content from your device and stops any further sharing to you. In addition, we may investigate and take appropriate action, which can include facilitating removal of the content, requiring the sender to stop under these Terms, disabling sharing where technically feasible, and escalating to Apple or the relevant authorities.
Your content is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time using "Delete All Data" in the app, or by removing the app's data from iCloud in iOS Settings.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and the current version will be posted at this URL.
